Complaint taken up in National Lok Adalat held today on 11/02/2017. Shri Amit Chadha complainant on 9.2.2017 made statement that he has settled the dispute with the opposite parties and as per settlement he has received a demand draft no.000532000 dated 03.01.2017 for sum of Rs.1,97,948/- as full and final settlement. The complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn being settled and fully satisfied.

In view of above statement the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled and fully satisfied. Copy of the order be sent to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to records.
