ORDER

                   Sh. J.S. Bhatia, counsel for the OPs  has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The OPs offer to pay a sum of Rs.65,000/- to the complainant in full and final settlement of the dispute. The amount will be paid within 30 days from today”. 

                   Sh. Devinder Kumar, counsel for the complainant alongwith complainant have made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “I accept the offer.  I withdraw this complaint”.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OPs shall pay a sum of 65,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today i.e.03.11.2016, failing which the OPs shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
