Counsel for complainant alongwith complainant in person and Sh. Piyush Kumar, Counsel for OP filed compromise dated 10.02.2018 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP has refunded the entire principal amount of Rs.97,506/- through a DD  bearing No. ‘490073’ dated 18.01.2018 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd. to the complainant as full and final settlement. The complainant has stated that he is satisfied and no other grievance is left.

The case of the complainant is disposed of as settledand satisfied. File be consigned to record room.
