Present Counsel for the complainant and Counsel for OP and submitted that a compromise between the parties has been arrived. Towards compromise OP has handed over a demand draft bearing no. 505339 dated 04.12.2019 of Rs.75,000/- to the Counsel for the complainant and same has been accepted towards full and final settlement. The Counsel for the complainant submitted that the complainant is fully satisfied with the settlement and no other grievance of left.

In view of above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
