Present Ms. Shelly Kapoor, Counsel for the complainant alongwith Sh. V.K. Gupta, brother/Attorney of the complainant and Sh. Piyush Kumar, Counsel for OP and OP has given a demand draft bearing no.501983 for a sum of Rs.4,53,106/- drawn on HDFC Bank to the brother of the complainant as full & final settlement. The brother of the complainant has received above said cheque from OP and stated that he is fully satisfied and no other grievance is left.

In view of the above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
