Dated, the 12th day of March, 2010.

                        ORDER

1.                     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Ashim Aggarwal, Advocate for OP.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OP is ready to pay a sum of Rs.85,000/- as full and final settlement to the complainant within six weeks from today i.e. 12.3.2010. The membership of the complainant with the OP stands terminated. 

 

Statement of Dr.Ankur Gupta s/o Sh.B.R.Gupta, Complainant in person.

 

I accept the above statement given by Sh.Ashim Aggarwal, Advocate for OP. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly.”

 

2.                     In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The OP is directed to pay a sum of Rs.85,000/- as full and final settlement to the complainant within six weeks from today i.e. 12.3.2010.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
