                    Today the case was fixed for compromise, if any, and for arguments. At this stage, complainant appeared and suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the opposite party and the opposite party in lieu of compromise has made payment of ₹4,10,000/- vide demand draft No.513657 dated 24.03.2021 to him. Therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the same.

                In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
