CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO.  598 OF  2015

Mr. Shobhit Aggarwal and Anr. Vs Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Ltd. and Anr.

PRESENT:

                   Sh. Sandeep Bhardwaj, counsel for the complainants

                   Sh. J.S. Bhatia, counsel for the OPs.

ORDER

                   Sh. J.S. Bhatia, counsel for the OPs has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                        On instructions of my client, the OPs offer to pay the principal amount plus litigation expenses, i.e. total amounting to Rs.70,000/- towards in full & final settlement of the dispute towards this complaint within 20 days”. 

                        Sh. Sandeep Bhardwaj, counsel for the complainants has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

            “I accept the offer of OP. I withdraw this complaint”.

                        In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, it is ordered that OPs shall pay a sum of Rs.70,000/- to the complainants in full & final settlement of the dispute within 30 days from today, failing which the OPs shall pay the above said amount along with interest @18% p.a. from the date of filing of the complaint till the date of realization. Parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum. 

                        Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
