The  Complainant and OP filed joint application as consent terms in  respect of compromise  between party out of court and complainant received Rs. 2,58,870/-  vide D.D dt 21/11/19 .Order passed at Ex.1.The matter has been amicably settled  between the parties as per consent terms filed on 21/11/2019 by paying  Rs. 2,58,870/- by D.D.No. 505049 in  favour of complainant dt 7/11/19 and the complainant does not want to proceed with case as full and final settlement of claim the complaint is disposed of as withdrawn
