  2. Seshaasai Business Forms (P) Ltd., ground floor, office no.16-17, Hilton tower, plot no.66, Sector-11, back to Vijay Sales, CBD Balepur, Navi Mumbai-400614.
  3. Mahinder Tower, 1st floor A wing, Dr. G.M. Bhosle Marg, P.K. Kurne chowk, worly, Mumbai, through its Managing Director.

                Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical ground and sought permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action.     

                 In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
