This C.C. Case No. 42/2018 is taken up today for order.  Since it is a year old case are disposing it on priority basis.  Perusal all the documents available on record and so also gone through the entire order sheets of the case record.  On repeated calls nobody turned up from both the parties.  After joining of President in this Commission both the parties intimated on dt.04.04.2022 to appear before this Commission to proceed with the hearing.  Though the O.Ps were taking steps in this case but the complainant since dt. 04.04.2022 till today has not taken any steps nor appeared before this Commission to participate in the hearing.  The complainant remained absent after due intimation by this Commission and it seems that the complainant does not want to proceed with this case further.

Hence, the present C.C. Case No. 42/2018 is hereby dismissed due to non-prosecution and accordingly disposed of

                   Issue extract of the order to the parties concerned.
