                                                            ORDER

                        This is an application filed by OP for depositing the amount of Rs.1,27,673/- by way of manager’s cheque dated 6.5.2010 in compliance of order dated 27.4.2010 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission in FA No.157 of 2010 vide which the operation of the impugned order is stayed subject to deposit of 50% of the total amount awarded by the District Forum within 10 days with the concerned District Forum in addition to the amount the appellant had already deposited in the Commission at the time of filing the appeal. The cheque of Rs.1,27,673/- was submitted before this Forum on 6.5.2010. The said cheque be deposited in the bank account of the Forum. Office to note and make necessary entry in the record. The file be consigned.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties.
