Present:  None for complainant.

                Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for OP no.3 and 4.

         

                Today the case was fixed for notice to OP no.1 and 2. Notice issued to OP no.1 and 2 not received back either served or unserved.

                Case called several times since morning but none has put into appearance on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.00 p.m. No further wait is justified. It appears that complainant is no more interesting in pursuing his case and wants to take the benefit of stay order.

        Hence, in view of the above discussion, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
