Sri Satyam Maurya, learned Counsel for the appellant appeared.

Heard learned Counsel for the appellant and perused impugned order dated 29-05-2017 passed by the District Consumer Forum, Mirzapur in Complaint Case No. 110/2007 Bhanu Pratap Singh V/s Mahindra & Mahindra and others.

The impugned order has been passed by the District Consumer Forum on the basis of compromise filed by the parties. As such, the impugned order is not appealable.

In view of above I find no justification for issuing notice on application for condoning delay of appeal.

In view of above appeal filed by the appellant is dismissed and delay condonation application is rejected as the appeal is not maintainable against impugned order which has been passed on the basis of compromise.

 Let copy of this order be made available to the parties as per rules.
