The complainant took no step.

                                    It reveals from the record that the complainant is not taking any steps since 20.07.2022 till date. The complainant has not filed the show cause reply even today.     It is now 3:10 p.m.

Accordingly we are of the view that complainant is not at all interested to proceed with this case. Hence, ordered that the instant Consumer Case being no. 47/2022  is hereby dismissed for default.
