Complainant is absent without step. OP.s are also absent without step. The case is pending for passing necessary order since 03.08.2022. On careful perusal of record and order sheets it is seen that the case was pending for taking steps on notice upon OP. No.3 by the complainant from 08.12.2017. But till 30.06.2022 after repeated directions the complainant did not take the steps of notice on OP. No.3. Moreover, the complainant is seen to be absent without step from 10.07.2018. Considering the pendency of the case and seeing the act and attitude of the complainant it can be presumed that he is not at all interested to proceed with the case further. So, the case is dismissed for default of complainant without any cost.
