None present for both the parties. Perusal of R&P shows that notices were issued by this commission to both the parties on  28/10/2014 for hearing on 18/06/2014. But no report about service of notice is received.  On perusal of the office copy of the notice it reflects that it was issued to both the parties on the correct address as shown in the appeal memo. Therefore though no report about service of notice is received, we presume that both the parties are duly served with notice. As the appellant failed to appear on last three dates and today also, the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. Accordingly the appeal is dismissed in default.
