O R D E R

PER: NARESH KATYAL, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

 

 

                   Today the case is fixed for recording of evidence of complainant.

2.                It is apparent from the record that this complaint is lingering on for evidence of complainant from 03^rd August, 2022 onwards. Already seven effective opportunities have been taken by complainant in this regard. Today, is the 8^th opportunity and position is none better, as no evidence is forthcoming on behalf of complainant.

3.                Learned counsel for the complainant has stated that he has not been able to contact the complainant, so far, for leading evidence. This contention does not sound any merit.  This Commission does not find any justifiable reason to adjourn the case for the same purpose, again and again.

4.                It is clear that complainant is not earnestly interested to pursue his case further, by leading evidence. So, the present complaint case in hand is dismissed in default, for want of prosecution. 

5.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

6.                File be consigned to record room along with a copy of this order.
