Present:          Shri Pankaj Kamboj, Advocate for the complainant.

                       Shri Ranbir Singh Kharali, Advocate for OP no.1.

                        Shri Vaibhav Aggarwal, Advocate for OP no.2.

 

                        Today the case was fixed for filing written statement of OP no.1. Subject to the last opportunity. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised between the parties. Now nothing remain towards the ops  so he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the complainant , the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn  being fully satisfied (being compromised). A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
