Ishwar Chand vs. Mahindra Agri Solution.

 

Present:     Sh.Hari Krishan, Adv. for complainant.

                  Ms. Rakhi Vermaa, Adv. for respondents No.1 & 2.

                  Sh.Vaibhav Aggarwal, Adv. for respondent No.3.

                              

            Parties have entered into amicable settlement, according to which respondents No.1 & 2 have agreed to make payment of Rs.20000/- (rupees twenty thousand) only to the complainant within a period of 30 days from today along with voucher.  Counsel for complainant also suffered statement agreeing the statement made by the counsel for the respondents No.1 & 2.

                In view of the statements of the counsel for the complainant and respondents No.1 & 2, this complaint is partly accepted against respondents No.1 & 2 and they are directed to make the payment of Rs.20000/- (rupees twenty thousand) only to the complainant within a period of 30 days from today and will also handover voucher if any to the complainant. Complaint qua respondent No.3 is dismissed.  In case, the respondents No.1 & 2 back out from their liability then the complainant shall be at liberty to file application under section 25 & 27 of the Consumer Protection Act-1986.  Record of this complaint be consigned to the records.
