Final Order / Judgement

                     The matter is put up in National  Lok Adalat.

                      Learned counsel for the appellant is present and submits that  he is ready to pay compensation but lessor amount if decided in the spirit of Lok Adalat. Considered the submissions and it is matter of 2008 and the parties willing to pay  compensation in the spirit of Lok Adalat.  We hereby direct the appellant to pay compensation of Rs.10,000/- within a period of 30 days from today. The impugned order is modified accordingly.

                       The appeal is disposed of Lok Adalat.
