Case has been called so many times since morning, but neither DH nor anybody else has come present. On the last two dates of hearing, also none came present on behalf of the DH. In the interest of justice, case was adjourned for today for awaiting appearance of the DH, but today again none has come present on behalf of the DH. It is now 4.00 P.M. Case called again, but none appeared for the DH. So it appears that the DH is not interested to proceed any further with the present execution application. Consequently, the present execution application is dismissed-in-default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.
