ORDER

In view of the judgment of Honle Supreme Court in U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. & Ors. Vs. Anis Ahmed in SLP (Civil) No.35096/2011 this being the case of electricity theft by way of tampering the meter, the complaint is not maintainable. Accordingly, the revision petition is allowed, orders of the Foras below are set aside and the complaint is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the complainant/respondent to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievances.
