Mr.Syed Mohamed, Chief Manager of the appellant/Bank present.  Mr.S. Parades, Advocate present for the respondent.  It was submitted that original respondent died on 21/12/2006 and it was intimated to Advocate of the appellant on 18/01/2007 and acknowledgement is taken on the copy of the letter.  It was also submitted that on 04/02/2010 another letter was sent to Advocate of the appellant informing that the appellant has not taken any steps for brining legal heirs of deceased respondent.  Acknowledgement is also obtained.  Advocate Mr.Parades files copies of acknowledgements on record.  In spite of that no steps have been taken for bringing legal heirs of respondent on record who died on 21/12/2006.  Thus, the matter stands abated.  Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
