                   This case file is taken up today before National Lok Adalat. Heard. On 02.05.2023 in the Pre Lok Adalat, learned counsel for complainant suffered a statement that he does not want to further proceed with the present complaint and withdraws the same as parties have compromised the matter. In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. A copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
