Advocate of the complainant filed pursis signed by him and the aforesaid complainant, stating that the complainant is not willing to proceed with the complaint against M.S.E.D.C.L. as assured to grant reconnection in the light of acquittal of complainant in Criminal case filed by M.S.E.D.C.L.. In view of the pursis filed by the complainant, the complaint is disposed as withdrawn.
