ORDER

Adv.Mr.Harode for the appellant and Adv.Awari for the Respondent are present. Both the counsel submitted pursis to the effect that pending complaint, as per direction of the District Consumer Forum, the complainant Shyamkumar has paid an amount of Rs.75,000/- to the MSEB and as per the final order passed by the District Consumer Forum vide impugned order, the complaint is directed to pay total amount Rs.1 lac. Now, the appellant/complainant is ready and willing to pay remaining amount of Rs.25,000/- to the Respondent MSEB within 4 weeks. The same is accepted by the Ld.counsel for the Respondent and they both have submitted to dispose of the appeal. In view of this joint pursis, the appeal is disposed of. No order as to cost.
