Order-  The respondent to assess the bill applicable to domestic purposes from April 1984 onwards till today and submit the revised bill after adjustment of the amount already paid by the complaiant till to day.  The excess amount which will be calculated by the resp. be adjusted in the subsenquent bill of the complaiant.  The respondent further to pay Rs.100/- as cost of the complaiant.
