Order- Respondent to remove deficiency in service by withdrawing the bils submitted after January 1990 and furnish a fresh bil holding the meter reading of 17990 on 30.9.92. and meter reading 15660 by shr end of January 90 and aftger bifurcating the conmsumption and without imposint DPC and interest. Respondent shall further furnish a bill as per actual consumption recoreded by the meter.  Respondent further to ajust all the payments made by the complainant after 8.1.90. and if the balancxe is left shall adjust the same in future bills.  Respondent further to pay Rs. 500/- as cost of this litigation to the complainant.
