Petitioner which form industrial units in Ambad and Satpur, district Nasik, are supplied water by respondent MIDC. After respondent MIDC realized time barred water charges and also issued enhanced bills for water charges, door of consumer fora was knocked by petitioner filing a complaint in representative capacity. Complaint was resisted by respondent MIDC and District Forum on evaluation of pleadings of parties, while dismissing complaint also imposed cost of Rs.10,000/- on petitioner. In appeal that was preferred by petitioner, finding of fora below was affirmed. Since dispute  raised  by  petitioner  is an  inter-se  dispute between MIDC and industrial

unit in Ambad industrial area, dispute raised by petitioner did not qualify for adjudication by consumer fora.

Having considered submissions made and also concurrent finding recorded by fora below, finding no merit, revision petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
