ORDER

Per Shri P.N.kashalkar, presiding Judicial Member.

Heard Adv.for appellant. We find that, the appellant is having the grievance against the MSEB. His contention is that, he is getting excess amount of bill from the respondent. Therefore, he has filed consumer complaint before the District Forum, Yeotmal, alleging that, he has not been given bills as per the consumption. This was the main ground for filing the Consumer Complaint. Upon considering the written statement filed by the MSEB and upon perusal of the Joint Testing Report conducted in present of the complainant, the Forum below came to the conclusion that the bills issued by the opposite party to the consumer is just and proper and there is no exorbitant amount in the bills. Therefore the complaint was dismissed by the Forum.

Aggrieved by the order passed by district Consumer Forum Yeotmal in Complaint No.255/2009 passed on 16/09/2010, this appeal has been filed by the appellant.

Upon hearing the Advocate of the appellant, we find that there is no substance in the appeal. The complainant himself signed the Joint testing report which was conducted in presence of the complainant. The complainant is not contesting the said report nor did he opposed it. Therefore, that report was acceptable to him. Thus we hold that, the bills issued to complainant were proper and not exorbitant. We are finding that, there is no substance in the appeal. Hence we pass the following order.

ORDER

1.       Appeal is dismissed.

2.      No order as to costs.

3.      Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
