The matter was passed over. On the second call also there is no appearance on behalf of petitioner. On the last date of hearing, counsel for petitioner sought time to file upto date electricity bills and for that purpose four weeks time was granted. Petitioner has not filed any document within the specified period. Since nobody is appearing on behalf of petitioner since morning nor the documents have been filed, present revision petition stands dismissed in default as well as for non-compliance of the order passed by this Commission.
