None is present for the appellant and the respondent. On 11/12/2012 the advocate of the appellant filed pursis stating that he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal and Dist. Forum may be directed to refund the amount deposited by the appellant in the original complaint. The appeal has been adjourned till this date for the proper order. In view of the request made by the appellant’s advocate, appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. Amount if any deposited by the appellant in the Dist. Forum, Jalna as per order by this Commission in this appeal during the pendency of the appeal be refunded to the appellant after  verification of the record.
