None present for both the parties. Perusal of record & proceeding shows that the appellant had lastly appeared through his representative on 15/1/2014. But thereafter, none appeared for the appellant though the appeal came to be adjourned on several times, as seen from the earlier rojnama of the appeal. On last date, last chance was granted and the appeal came to be adjourned for appropriate order till today. As the appellant failed to appear today also, the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. Hence the appeal is dismissed in default.
