Appellant is absent since long and therefore the Respondent was directed to issue notice to the Appellant. Accordingly the notice was issued. Adv.Mohril for the Respondent produced copy of the notice alongwith postal receipt. On perusal of this copy of notice it reflects that it was issued on the correct address given in the appeal memo. Therefore, though the acknowledgment is not received back, it will have to be presumed that the appellant is served with notice. But in vain. Hence the appeal is dismissed in default.
