None is present for both the sides.  This Commission issued notice to both the parties on 12.07.2013 as the appeal is received on transfer from State Commission, Mumbai.  The said notices are returned unserved. The postal endorsement made on the envelope containing notice issued to the appellant shows that due to insufficient address it is returned unserved.  Perusal of the office copy of that notice reflects that the notice has been issued to the appellant on the same address given by the appellant in the appeal memo.  There is no full address of the appellant available with this Commission for reissuing notice to the appellant.  Therefore, the notice cannot be served to the appellant for want of full address.  Hence, there is no alternative but to dismiss the appeal.  The appeal be recalled at 3.00 p.m. for order.

The appeal is recalled at 3.20 p.m.  Presently also none appeared for the appellant.  Hence, the appeal is dismissed in default.

No order as to cost.
