ORDER   ORDER   (Passed on 29.11.2012)    Per Mr S M Shembole, Hon’ble Presiding Member   Mr Kishor Mule, who is the partner of the appellant, is present. However, none for the respondent is present.    Fresh notice was issued to the appellant as well as the respondent but no report about service of notice to the respondent is received.    Appellant – Kishor Mule submitted Pursis to the effect that he does not want to proceed with the appeal as the factory is already closed long back.   Hence, the appeal is disposed of for want of prosecution.  No order as to cost.  Copy of this order be supplied to the parties.
