The Learned Counsel for the opposite party has made an endorsement on the order sheet to the effect that, the complainant has paid all outstanding dues up to 31/03/2010 vide receipt no.16/065450 in D.V.V.N.L. office and now the same be waived-off. The Learned Counsel for the complainant has made an endorsement that, since the opposite party has admitted payment of the bill amount therefore, he does not want further proceedings in this case. In view of the above facts and circumstances, there is no justification for further proceedings in the present case. The present complaint case is dismissed as not-pressed. The opposite party shall issue “No Dues Certificate” to the complainant within 15 days. Both the parties shall bear their own costs. Let record be consigned.
