           Parties are absent without taking any step.

           It appears from the C/R that the Complainant was absent on four consecutive dates and remains absent today also.  None appears on behalf of the Complainant on repeated calls. No evidence on affidavit is also filed by the Complainant.

           In the light of the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the Complainant has no interest to proceed with this case.

           Thus, in our considered opinion, this case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence,

           Ordered

                    That the present case be and the same is dismissed for default.  No order as to cost.

            Let a plain copy of this Order be supplied to the parties concerned free of cost for information & necessary action, as per rules.
