On behalf of the J/dr, Ld. Agents Ajay Chakraborty (Advocate) and Debebrata Sarkar (Advocate) appear through an Agentnama.

The Ld. Agent for the J/dr by filing a petition stated that the J/dr is willing to handed over a new mobile handset to the D/hr along with decreetal amount and praying for exemption of the per day delay cost.

Heard both parties.

The D/hr is ready to accept the said mobile handset.

The D/hr received the mobile handset along with decreetal amount with full satisfaction on proper verification and identification and files a copy of receipt.

The prayer of the J/dr for waiving the per day delay cost is considered and allowed for the ends of justice.
