The complainant takes no steps. None appears on his behalf on repeated call.

Ld. Agent/Advocate of the O.P prays heavy costs of Rs.10,000/-. Considering the conduct of the complainant we seen the complainant her no prima-faeic case. 

ORDER

Hence it is ordered,

         That the DF Case No.87/2014 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution with costs of Rs.2,000/- ( Rs.1,000/- each to O.P. No.1 & 2).
