The Complainant is present in person.

Ld. Agent for the OP by filing a petition praying further date for filing W/V.

It appears that the Complainant was absent on last two dates and today by filing a verified petition praying for disposal of the case as he already received the Mobile Handset from the OP with full satisfaction and he is not interested to proceed with the case.

Heard both the parties.  Considering the facts and circumstances,  we have no impediment to dispose of the case at this stage.

ORDER

Hence, it is ordered that,

            The present Case No.CC/101/2015 be and the same is disposed off with full satisfaction.

Let plain copy of this Final Order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to the concerned party.
