The appellant/complainant has preferred this appeal being aggrieved by the Order dt.09.03.2015 passed in CC.No.1935/2011 on the file of 4^th Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Bangalore which dismissed the complaint. Aggrieved by the said Order, the complainant is in appeal. 

Case called twice – The appellant not present since long time.  So far arguments not submitted before this Commission inspite of sufficient opportunities provided to him.  Mere filing of an appeal is not sufficient to hold the appeal in the absence of any arguments and convincement by the appellant.  We found no valid reason to adjourn the matter further.  We consider that the appellant is not interested in continuing the case, as such, the appeal is dismissed.
