 ORDER:

 

                    The learned counsel for the complainant has made statement for withdrawal of the  complaint by submitting that this Forum has no jurisdiction to decide the  complaint and he be allowed to file fresh before the competent Forum.. His statement has been recorded.

2.                 In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn However, the complainant shall be at liberty to avail efficacious remedy available under the law. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
