Record is put up today by a petition which was filed on 23.08.2023.

By filing that application both the complainants praying for withdrawal of this case on the grounds that the matter has amicably been settled between the parties. Both the complainants are present before this commission today.

At the time of hearing Ld. Advocate of complainants have fairly submits that as the matter has already been settled they are not intending to proceed with this matter furthermore. He also submit that the OPs has already gave a demand draft being no. 633420 dt. 10.08.2023 for the sum of Rs. 2,00,000/-(two lacs) only in favour of Karuna Ghosh. He also submit that money receipt on behalf of Smt. Karuna Ghosh and Smt. Dolly Ghosh has also been submitted today before this Commission towards full and final payment of the settled amount.

Having heard Ld. Advocate of Complainants and on perusal of the application which was filed on 23.08.2023 it reveals that by filing an application both the petitioners have stated that they are not intending to proceed with this matter furthermore as they have received a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- (two lacs) only from the OPs towards full and final payment for settlement of this case.

Hence,

ORDERED

That the complainants are permitted to withdraw the instant case as prayed for. In view of the above matter is dropped.

Let a Xerox copy of Aadhaar Cards of the complainants, Xerox copy Money receipt, Xerox Copy of Demand Draft be kept with the record.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost.
