Record is put up today by a petition filed on behalf of the complainant. By filing an application Ld. Advocate of complainant praying for withdrawal of this case on the grounds that the matter has amicably been settled between the parties.

Heard Ld. advocate of the complainant. Complainant himself present before this Commission today and fairly submits thathe is not intending to proceed with this matter furthermore and he is intending to withdraw this case.

Having heard the Ld. advocate of the complainant and on perusal of the entire record. It is admitted fact that there is no need to proceed with this matter furthermore since when the complainant himself is praying for withdrawal of this case.

That the complainant is permitted to withdraw the instant case. In view of the above the matter is dropped. Let the money receipt filed on behalf of the complainant be kept with the record.
