Fixed for show cause by complainants.

Complainants are absent without any step.

On the other hand Ld. Advocate for O.P files his hazira.

It is now 1:15PM. On repeated calls neither the complainants nor any body for complainants is found present either to file show cause or to take step.

It appears from case record that complainants arealso found absent without any step on the previous dates.

In view of above facts and circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that complainants have lost their interest to proceed with this case.

     Accordingly this complaint case is liable to be dismissed for default.

     Hence, it is

ORDERED

     That the CC Case No. 54 of 2014 be and same is hereby DISMISSED FOR DEFAULT, but without cost.

     Let a plain copy of this order be given to the parties to this case free of cost.
