Complainant made a statement that she has received DD No.518570 dated 31.05.2023 for an amount of Rs.3,40,000/-(Rupees Three Lakh Forty Thousand Only). She also stated that no dues is pending towards OPs and does not want to pursue with the present case and withdraws the same.

Heard.

Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant duly identified by her counsel, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.
