Advocate for the complainant is present.  A petition is filed for the complainant with the prayer for permission to withdraw the Consumer Complaint on the ground stated therein with liberty to file fresh consumer Complaint.  Perused the petition.  Heard considered.  Prayer of the complainant is allowed.

The complainant is permitted to withdraw the Consumer Complaint with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action in appropriate Forum or Court of Law if so advised and if not otherwise barred by law
