Previous cost of Rs.500/- not paid by the Ops No. 2 and 3.

No evidence on behalf of the complainant is present despite last opportunity. However, case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. It is already 4.00 PM. Further wait is not justified. It seems that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly.
